BBCode On Visual Indication

While I'm a commited reDesign fan, I do miss the visual indication that the BBCodes are 'active' as in other themes. I see you have CSS entries for a more general solution already present, but in the mean time I went ahead and added a highlighter background to the "1" files.
You can see them in action on my site.
As it is a somewhat tedious process, I thought I would make them generally available to others, so you can get them here (unless Madis would prefer they are not distributed of course).
